How long does delivery take within Qatar?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within Qatar shortly after. Exact delivery times will be confirmed at checkout.

Do you ship outside Qatar?
Please contact us before placing your order if you need delivery outside Qatar, and we'll let you know if it's possible.

How can I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges:

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange a return, or within 7 days to arrange an exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, free of any perfume, and in their original packaging.

Who covers return shipping costs?
If the product and packaging were received in good condition, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please reach out to our team if you believe there is an issue with your order and we'll be happy to assist.

How should I care for my SUAVE tie, pocket square, or belt?
We recommend dry cleaning for ties and pocket squares, and storing belts away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve their quality.
