Shipping policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Qatar) We deliver across Qatar within 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

3. GCC Shipping We ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. Delivery times and shipping fees for GCC orders will be displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local courier services.

4. Delays MAQAM is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed if any delays arise.

5. Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing your order. MAQAM is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
